Women in Their 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s

I specialize in working with women in their 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s because I’ve been there! I know first-hand the struggles many women face. I have also learned ways to navigate these challenging life stages, and feel healthier and happier.

Being a modern woman in this modern world is more challenging than ever! Most women experience a host of conflicting feelings and choices around dating, partnerships, children, career/creative choices, finding work/life balance, and creating a healthy self-care routine. It can feel overwhelming, and nearly everyone is experiencing increased stress, anxiety, and depression in our current world. We all need extra support right now!

Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, fear, comparison syndrome, impostor syndrome, perfectionism, burnout, insecurity/low self-esteem, toxic relationships, friendship breakups, and food/body struggles.

It’s frustrating and confusing when you see yourself as a modern, independent woman, yet spend so much time feeling unworthy, and judging, shaming, and guilting yourself, all while trying to heal the various little and big traumas that happen throughout life as a woman.

Many of my clients feel a little lost or behind in life. Many are struggling to find their true path and feel more comfortable in their own skin. Most women have years of unconsciously accumulated insecurity, codependency, and self-doubt absorbed from the mixed messages of our culture. My clients want to feel less anxious, overwhelmed, and isolated, and more confident, calm, and connected.

My work involves helping you build on your strengths (we will find them, even if you think you have none), and work through any issues that may be blocking your path. I will provide practical yet powerful tools that can nurture your ability to find and maintain healthy relationships, increase healthy self-esteem and self-care, identify and communicate your needs and boundaries, find career satisfaction, and live a more purposeful, joyful life.
