My therapeutic style is authentic, interactive, collaborative, validating, supportive, intuitive, growth-oriented, and often humorous (fun and laughter are a healthy part of healing and growth, and sometimes you just gotta laugh at the absurdity of life). 

I work with individuals 18 and older, of all genders, however, I specialize in working with women in their 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s, and treating Anxiety.
