I am a licensed Los Angeles therapist, serving L.A., Culver City, Silicon Beach, Playa Vista, Mar Vista, Playa Del Rey, Venice, Santa Monica, Mid-city, Westchester, Marina Del Rey, and surrounding areas. My goals are to provide you with a supportive, validating environment, and give you powerful tools to manage your life and relationships more successfully.
 
I work with adults, teens, individuals, couples, families, groups, men and women, however I specialize in Anxiety Treatment, Mindfulness Training, Self-care Skills, working with women in their 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s; and therapy for teens and young adults. ​

​   My education, training, and experience have provided me with a number of skills that I hope to pass along to you.

I use both Mindfulness Training and Self-care Skills with psychotherapy, to help clients decrease anxiety, depression, and stress, and increase calm, courage, and resilience. Mindfulness helps us be more present, learn self-compassion, and learn to balance acceptance with change. Self-care is not about mani-pedi's, but about taking care of your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing in order to have healthier relationships and more peace in your life.
